Jasmine De Milo is the Girl of Harrods owner Mohammed Al Fayed. With a father who owns possibly the most famous department store selling the world's greatest designer clothes, Jasmine had a good introduction to luxury clothes from a young age. Jasmine launched her first collection in Paris Fashion Week in the year 2006, in the her dads hotel, the Ritz to review by British papers her name and family money were all that was heading for the label. Jasmine had access to a fantastic wardrobe of designer clothing, accessories and shoes and had a chance to see firsthand what superbly made quality garments feel and look like.
This had a big impact on her and her choice becoming a fashion designer. The clothes she designs show this love of luxury fabrics and attention to detail. Whilst she's the advantage of this Al Fayed name, she does not use it as a promotional instrument for her range of clothes rather using the surname De Milo. Despite not using her father's name, she's gathered greatly from her family relations by the quantity of press attention created by her launch to the world of style. That does not mean that her layouts to have no value when they stand alone on merit.
Her designs are stylish and female and perhaps reflect her love of flattering and superbly made clothes. They're just the sort of clothing that she'd probably love to have in her very own wardrobe. Whilst still relatively new to the world of style design, Jasmine De Milo has made an excellent start. As she develops and profits experiences her garments are certain to become even better.
